Lost access due to alleged security risk. Followed all measures suggested in the Q&A. My phone is not rooted, used no developer options or USB debugging. Reckon the 'suspicious' app could be the Hong Kong Jockey Club app! But if I cannot use the app, I may just need to close the bank account!!!! :(

The apps recently keeps saying my phone has been compromised and shutting down. The reason it gives is that I either root, jailbreak or connect to USB /software. I have no idea why it thinks I have done any of these, and I kept scanning for malware and found nothing wrong.
