★★★★★ Awesome app! Its exactly what you need to keep track of your insanity workout. I'd personally like two features added but they're not even that big a deal: 1. It'd be nice to be able to set the start weekday to something other than Monday. 2. It'd also be nice to set/change the workouts for those who have the deluxe editions (example insane abs instead of cardio ABS). GREAT APP!

★★★★★ Does what it says. Simple. Drop down list for each week lets you check off daily workouts.

★★☆☆☆ Fatal flaw You cannot adjust the workout days. This is just as useful as having a pdf of the workout since it doesn't show which workout your on today or even allow to adjust the days.
