Great app, I like how it lets us create workouts that are not on the list and customize. I just wish the app allows us to log our weight only, without having to enter any workout for a rest day (also log workout only without recording weight).

Is there a way to just track the workout splits I do on my calendar instead of the specific workouts. For ex : I would just like to track like this Day 1 : chest, triceps and shoulders Day 2 : back, biceps, abs

It has a nice interface but for some reason when you close the app and open it your previous workout logs are gone

App will not load most of the time. Very frustrating when you try and log your data and can't even get onto the app
