★★★★★ Updated 11/10/16 Yes there has been a lot of issues with RDC but with this current version (23.0.5 updated on Oct 12 2016) those RDC issues have been corrected.

★★★★★ Older versions of this app had issues. Current version seems to work fine and has a mobile-friendly ui, which is good considering the website itself is not mobile-friendly at all.

★★☆☆☆ If you are looking for a credit union that cares about their members and a mobile app that works. this is not the one for you. FIND ANOTHER ONE, THIS IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE. On the web site it states Mission Statement It is the mission of Insight Credit Union to deliver exceptional financial solutions with exceptional personal service. And Credit Unions were founded on the cooperative philosophy of not for profit, not for charity, but for service. At Insight Credit Union, you're a member, not a customer. Every member is an owner/shareholder who enjoys better banking benefits A bunch of lies As April 2016 I have not been able to use either of my printer scanners to deposit checks . I contacted several people in Insight and you know what help I got ----------NONE. I can still not scan checks using my printers and the web site. Luckily I had a tablet that had been updated back in 2015 so I could deposit checks using it as I do not have a smart phone. That stopped working last year. I sent emails indicating I was no longer able to use my tablet. I got a new tablet this December, still not able to deposit checks with it. Smartphone no

★★☆☆☆ Remote deposit The remote deposit part of this app is crap. I have been trying to use it since January. It just doesn't work. I was told to leave space within the borders , use a lighter surface , use a darker surface, blah blah blah. Fix the app. They tell me the photos are blurry and I have a 12 MP camera. They have physical people that check each transaction. How backwards. I he been a customer for over 32 years. Your technology sucks. No one in any of the offices I go to can tell me why it doesn't go through.

★★☆☆☆ I had used the old app for a couple of years and was content with it. The new app has been a nightmare from the getgo, the UI is horrendous... It looks and operates like an inferior product which was somehow sold as a boxed deal to the credit union. In order to log in (when I actually can) I have to open and close the app a couple of times and then when I actually enter my ID, half the time it takes me to the password screen and the other half, the page refreshes and I have to retype my ID. Once you get into the app, you can't use the back button on your keyboard to go back to the main menu or toggle between areas, you have to manually go back on the screen using the menu button. For the amount ICU probably paid for this junk, this is silly. It had to have been coded by someone completely out of touch with the market, even the text has spelling and grammatical errors.
