Easy to navigate. A lot of content and better than any other yoga app I have used. Love the download feature so can take anywhere.

Very poor app to be honest they support the sattava yoga academy in India which has several reviews online which you can view for yourself on Trustpilot and Google showing discrimination and proving that it's a religious cult organization the app is not even designed that well very slow and the classes are not much better than what you'd find free elsewhere all in all bad yoga app don't use it and avoid
