The inspire implant is great, the app is trash. I can't pair my phone with the app and the best customer support could do was to suggest that I restart my phone. I was even told that it was because I have a Motorola phone. It worked for over a month and suddenly quit. I also agree with previous posts that there isn't enough technical data available.

The app constantly crashes. And the remote loses connection constantly. My phone attempts to remove the app because it doesn't work correctly. This app needs to be fixed. Pairing your implant to the app is a nightmare that can take forever even with the devices side by side. I'm constantly having to reset this app and my device. You would think someone would fix this since it's kind of important.
