I have a connected my water fountain and feeder camera to this app because I am frequently travelling. Leaving my pets behind does not worry me since I can monitor them while away and had them scheduled feeding, so they won't starve. I am also getting a notification when the water is low. Instachew feeding camera and water fountain plus the app gives such peace of mind. Though sometimes it gives error, but it just needs to refresh the app, and it will start working back.

The app is extremely buggy and unreliable. The camera recognizes the SD card, but local recording simply does not work. The recording and playback buttons either do nothing or fail completely, making one of the main advertised features useless. It feels like the product was released without proper testing. I wasted hours trying different SD cards, settings, and troubleshooting, but nothing solved the problem. In my experience, this product is misleadingly advertised. I would not buy it again and

I got 2 Purr sight 360 cameras and used SD cards to save recorded footage locally. The app doesn't care if you are using an SD card because it will always redirect you to the cloud subscription page. The biggest issue I have is going through past footage is a hassle. The UI needs improvement. If I want to save footage on my phone, I have to click record and sit through the whole portion of footage I want to save. Why can't I go into the SD card folder and just save the specific timestamps I need?

Got this camera specifically to check on my cat during the day, and got the free storage trial, so I could see the playback. It says there is none. The app is half ads, and the app and the booklet are full of spelling mistakes. This is embarrassing for a brand that started almost 10 years ago.
