The camera feature really helps when I’m away. I can quickly check if my pet is okay at home, especially during long work hours.

The water fountain is simple but important. I don’t have to constantly check the water because I know it’s circulating and fresh for my dog.

Was an easy set up. The app is easy to navigate and the quality of the camera amd microphone are great

You cannot use their cameras or app without making an account. This means the camera you purchased is not actually yours. If they decide to stop supporting the app then you'll not be able to use the camera you paid for. Instant uninstallation of the app and a return of the camera. All potential customers should think long and hard about whether they want to pay for a camera that they do not own. Terrible company and terrible product. Avoid at all costs.

I got 2 Purr sight 360 cameras and used SD cards to save recorded footage locally. The app doesn't care if you are using an SD card because it will always redirect you to the cloud subscription page. The biggest issue I have is going through past footage is a hassle. The UI needs improvement. If I want to save footage on my phone, I have to click record and sit through the whole portion of footage I want to save. Why can't I go into the SD card folder and just save the specific timestamps I need?

Got this camera specifically to check on my cat during the day, and got the free storage trial, so I could see the playback. It says there is none. The app is half ads, and the app and the booklet are full of spelling mistakes. This is embarrassing for a brand that started almost 10 years ago.
