Good app but I have tried ordering 2 times, but it always tells to wait while we are assigning a delivery partner. Like what, if I had that much time why would I have ordered grocery online in the first place, but I also understand that time delay is due to riders safety and stuff, so I'm not going to rate it down. My first Instacart order was a complete disappointment. The box arrived unsealed and the product was missing. The delivery person even said this happens often. After a full day of emails, I was told no refund or replacement is possible. This is unacceptable. A platform that can’t ensure secure delivery or proper customer support puts customers at risk. Instacart must fix its policies immediately.

I placed an order for a Teak wood Leather Bag – Dart Medium on 30 November 2025. Payment was successfully completed via UPI. Unfortunately, the item was never delivered. Customer support assured a refund within 24–48 hours, however the refund has not been received yet. The communication from the delivery executive was also unprofessional. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and does not reflect reliable service. I got very bad experience from Instacart.
