I've had amazing experiences from both the support & driver teams going above & beyond to rectify any issues I had - normal & common in this industry. I used this app a few times and its always takes alot of time to accept the order estimated delivery never on time and customer support takes ages to respond. Disappointing Toters is so much better and fast

Very bad delivery service and unprofessional We placed an order from boneless kaslik. It arrived missing 1 sandwich and 2 beverages. Nobody called us knowing that the driver informed them. We tried to call them, they said they will fix the problem and after half an hour they called to inform us that they need an extra hour to deliver the rest of the order that we already paid for. They claimed that the driver had an accident, and they only have one driver which is so unprofessional
