AI Nutritionist — your personal nutrition and activity coach

Instameals is more than meal delivery. Join the AI Nutritionist coaching program and get a personalized nutrition and activity plan with daily targets for calories, steps, sleep and workout burn.
• Track every day on your Insights screen — steps, sleep and active calories shown against the targets in your plan
• Connect Health Connect so your activity syncs automatically instead of being typed in by hand
• Get a weekly check-in that reviews the week you actually had and generates your next week's coaching plan
• Log meals and weight, and see how your nutrition and activity line up

Health Connect: if you join the AI Nutritionist coaching program, Instameals can read your Steps, Sleep and Active Calories Burned from Health Connect, with your permission. These three metrics are shown on your Insights screen against your coaching targets and are used to generate your weekly coaching plan. We never use this data for advertising and never sell or share it with data brokers, insurers, employers or lenders. You can decline or revoke access at any time.
