Not user-friendly, lacks an intuitive user interface. Links/buttons regularly do not work on the app, and I am forced to access the website or reload the page multiple times. At times takes almost a week to process charges to a bank account, making it difficult to pay bills on time. Gives the option to use a bank card for an instant transaction but charges $10 for this option. Also charges an exorbitant $5 failed transaction fee.
