The app can really help when I am mobile and don't have my computer. I did not give it 5 stars as when quoting if I select Filters they still have not fixed the plan filter types (HMO, PPO, etc.) so that they are visible on an android phone. The plan type filters appear blank, so you have to guess when trying to filter. This has been reported before with no action taken to address the problem.

Try to log in and it says to update app. I literally just installed it, it is the latest version. Double-checked version number, and it still says to update the app....

I've been trying for weeks to get the app to open a contact, and it keeps shutting down. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and the same thing happens. That along with all the bugs on the website, and the fact that it take support weeks to get back to you makes it pretty tough to rely on. At least Gunfire is works.

It didn't recognize my NPN that I've had for years and have had no trouble being appointed with insurance companies. Smh
