I am big fan of this app, it is Best app, but there should be provision for back up of work out at local memory card or cloud so that anyone can restore his personal data in case of mobile change or format. If developer do so this app will beat many other competitors.

Buggy. I'm not able to add/change music for the intervals. It also only comes with preloaded tracks, so you're limited on music you can select
