• LARGE CLEAR TIMER DISPLAY AND COLOUR CODING The timing screen has a large, clear, time display that can easily be read from a distance. It works in portrait or landscape. The current interval and next interval are displayed so you can see also what's up now and next. The entire background uses the current interval colour so you don't even need to read the name.
• TEMPLATES MAKE IT EASY TO PROGRAM Seconds comes with templates for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and Circuit Training making it very easy to quickly create a timer for your workouts. If you require more advanced options, Seconds Interval Timer doesn't let you down. You can create completely custom timers one interval at a time, or even combine timers together to create compound timers.
• TEXT TO SPEECH AND ALERTS The text to speech option will speak your interval names as you get to them, or even give you some advance warning. Alternatively, you can choose from the built in alerts. Subscribed to an exercise app, easy to export the timers they give me to seconds pro so icanhave a different workout every day. Haven't tried myself to make my own timer sequence so can't comment on this. Would be amazing if I could synch it to my Garmin watch, that would be next level!!!

This timer is so helpful for making custom routines. I learned about it from The Betty Rocker. At first, it didn't do text to speech, but I found out what setting to change and it works great!

Paid for this app in 2020, now I'm an "unpaid user" AND there's nowhere in the app that I can upgrade (not that I think I would, they don't deserve it). Time to find a new workout timer app that doesn't treat its users with contempt.

I paid for the pro version. The app is now not allowing me to use it, saying I need to upgrade. The option to upgrade says "upgrade unavailable." the app is unusable. And I paid for it.
