Two charges are happening at the same time, for the same ramp. Entered parking for an event. Was being correctly charged. After the event, I was directed to another lane for exiting, due to backups. Lane had just opened. This lane had 'Red X', but was I told to go through. That lane was set for an entrance lane, not an exit. Now the vehicle has two entrées and no exits. App seems okay. Employees do not know how it works yet.

They clearly don't have it figured out. I have contract parking through my workplace and when the ramp I normally park at was bought by Ingo, we were all informed we'd have to install the app. In a world where this works properly, it would be fine since it's a lot more convenient. Unfortunately, it just doesn't. Ingo can't seem to decide whether we actually need to add our credit card info then try to charge you even when you have a contract multiple times.

Takes personal information. Forced to use this app. No choice to use a machine. Will Uninstall this as soon as we leave the car park.
