Updates to patient records are available in real-time. It becomes easier for patients to securely communicate with their providers under complete confidential environment (HIPAA Compliant). Moreover, patients are also able to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, email their physicians, and access their health information at any time. Patients have the access to request and keep track of appointments. They will be able to view their personal heath record and latest lab results.
