Easy to use app it does its own thing really. All the journeys were logged correctly and each survey was easy to complete. I think 'walk' should be an option as a form of transport

Fairly accurate, when it works. After selecting "start trip", it repeatedly kicks you out if it saying "no trip in progress" then proceeds only to log part of the trip in the background.

Pretty easy and painless to use for 2 weeks not much involvement needed other than a 4 question survey each day. Even easier to get and redeem your £20 voucher at the end of the survey. Would do again if offered.

I hadn't managed to install this properly at first but when I did, it was an eye-opener. I didn't realize just how much I travelled when I thought I didn't go anywhere. For someone who can get lost in her own village, this is a confidence booster.

I did not use the app for two days, and now I cannot record trips(2 today). I keep getting a message instructing me to close down my device and relaunch the app but all the information I have submitted will be lost, so what is the point of the app, if it fails to function if you don't undertake a trip?

Doesn’t work! Day 1 it recorded one trip correctly and one random 'trip' of 0.1 miles which the app shows as backwards and forwards zigzags within my house. Day 2 it recorded nothing despite making 5 trips. Tried to add manually but error message 'not enough data recorded to create trip' Day 3 it's now saying 'Try restarting the device and relaunch app if your trips were not recorded' Done that, guess what? Nothing happens!

Usless, starts off ok then doesn't record journeys. Despite everything being turned on as required.they're pretty quick to message you saying gos not recording. Yet they're extremely unless at replying to email when you explain everything is on so it's a spp issue In the end I uninstalled as it wasn't worth the effort to top it off help finally got back to me and said You don't need to worry about adding trips manually, my email wasn't about manual add.
