I really don't understand how this app has got so many bad reviews - I've had the Ipsos app installed and been participating in the program for years and have never had a problem - sometimes the app gets a little glitch, but it's always easy to sort out (even when it comes to uninstalling and reinstalling) and every now and again the rewards have been a little late, but they ALWAYS come through in the end 😉 The team are always pleasant in their contacts - I'm more than happy! Recommended 🙂 Xx

Drains battery and its always saying not running, getting annoying...almost time to uninstall it

Tried to contact them to ask a question and the email address in the app doesn't work. Kept app installed a month anyway and haven't received any correspondence at all. Seems shady for a company that wants access to all your info.

This app is too invasive requiring complete control and monitoring access. I see it as a high security risk and have decided not to install.

App shuts down unexpectedly on a regular basis. When it runs it does not impact the operation of my phone. Update: App is shutting down several times a day. Several weeks ago I emailed the address on this page but have received no response. Not much use being in the program if the tools don't work properly!
