I prefer using the smart card, so it would be really convenient to be able to top up the smart card via your app instead of having to go to your office in town

Shows all times and places where Buses go. Excellent. Highly recommended to anyone that goes on buses to get around Ipswich or if you want to go on a bus. Instead of going to a bus stop to check the times when buses will come. Download this app, click on the bus stop you desire. It will show the time the next bus will come to the station. It also shows the prices on different tickets, such as, All day rover, single ticket, return ticket or child and adult tickets. This app is the best for buses.

Good app but the bus tracker has disappeared both on the app and website, even though it says bus tracker available. I always found this feature very useful. Is there a fault with this feature? Or has bused tracker disappeared permanently?

The ticket time is too short as the buses do not come on time or miss a service.

I visit family in Ipswich on a semiregular basis and find this app useless for me. No daily tickets, only longer term ones. About time Ipswich buses joined the 21st century. Not satisfied with having a really poor bus service, they now launch an app that is only applicable to regular users.

Why does it tell you completely different times to timetable at the stops, then buses disappear into thin air 🤔 I have a new phone and got told I was the issue? Not impressed
