Instead of going to a bus stop to check the times when buses will come. Download this app, click on the bus stop you desire. It will show the time the next bus will come to the station. It also shows the prices on different tickets, such as, All day rover, single ticket, return ticket or child and adult tickets. This app is the best for buses.

I prefer using the smart card, so it would be really convenient to be able to top up the smart card via your app instead of having to go to your office in town

Good app but the bus tracker has disappeared both on the app and website, even though it says bus tracker available. I always found this feature very useful. Is there a fault with this feature? Or has bused tracker disappeared permanently?

I do not recommend using this at all to purchase your ticket. I changed my phone from a Nokia to a I-Phone and completely lost my ticket and had to pay £2.20 to travel yesterday despite having 2 weeks left on my ticket. I think it is awful that Ipswich Buses absolve themselves from blame in the ticket office and say it is not their fault apportioning the blame on the app provider. If your ticket goes missing, and you have paid for it, you should have a paper copy of the qr code not just a virtual one.

Why does it tell you completely different times to timetable at the stops, then buses disappear into thin air 🤔 I have a new phone and got told I was the issue? Not impressed

Worked fine until recently when all bus stops disappeared from the map, so I can no longer see what buses are on the way or how late they're running.
