Updating the firmware does not work via Bluetooth, it says that one should use the desktop app. But the desktop app for windows does also not work, it opens off screen and cannot be moved. Pro tipp to update the firmware through your phone: Enable USB Debugging in the developer options and then connect the Iluma Stick directly to your phone, now it gets recognized and the firmware can be updated without desktop app, no special "OTG" cable needed as the app suggests.

Vibration settings do not work. I have received the second stick and the settings still don't work. A friend has the same issue.

What a pity! Such a great product and such a useless app. It asks for too much info and still doesn't work.
