Comments on IR Connect (SkyCommand) for Android

★★★★☆ Ross Powell · Apr 26, 2022

This app is fairly easy to use and worked very well with the Ti zen OS on my galaxy watch 3. There are 2 reasons why I have got given it 5 stars. 1. The app occasionally fails to connect/control the alarm system requiring a restart of the mobile phone and/or the communication module attached to the alarm. And 2. Despite patiently waiting since October when I purchased my galaxy watch 4 there is still no app for all the watches operating on the Wear OS. Other than that I'm happy.

Love the app and have been using it a lot. I have recently updated to the Galaxy Watch 3 though and the Sky Command watch app is no longer available. It was for my previous galaxy watch. Is there a plan to make it available again? I used the watch app extensively and miss it greatly.

New version will not stop refreshing the page. It just constantly keeps loading to the point where I can't even open a door as it refreshes endlessly. Please fix this asap as I can't use this anymore. Edit: All firmware is up-to-date, there is a bug in your app. I beta tested it and had issues, so rolled out of the program and it worked perfectly. You then rolled out the beta version as actual, and now I can't use it again. Can you please investigate this on Samsung Galaxy or email me

Stay away from IR Connect (Sky Command). The app is unreliable, and customer and technical support are practically nonexistent. Recently, the app stopped working and 10 trucks were stuck because no one could access the doors without it. When issues occur, getting help is nearly impossible. If you want reliability and good support, look elsewhere.

Latest Android version doesn't work. Had to uninstall and side load previous version. Poor work by Inner Range.

Since update have lost door control and multiple site access very frustrating
