Overall decent, but when you have a 10 journey ticket, being able to book and redeem the codes is a faff. You actually have to go to offers and then a sub menu on previous tickets then onto redeem a code, also having to input the purchase date is just confusing and unnecessary, the code has 10 uses, so they should just count down. Otherwise, all good!

1. Doesn't find the booking in the app. (error Bookings not found Argument Null_Generic Arg_ParamName_Name, second) 2. Track My Bus too difficult to navigate, if you tap on the wrong bus you have to go all the way back to home screen to try again.

Terrible schedules the bus 923 is a bad experience if you're not living in a city terrible bus links from anywhere outside of galway but it can't affect galway city center as it highly lit not enough buses to run 3-4 citys why am I waiting for buses for at least 3-4 hours there needs to be more caring bus drivers as well and please make it more accessible for everyone it disgusts me the way bus drivers don't care about anything or anyone

Booked a return journey via the app, and it checked out at 27 EUR one-way. Although return ticket would be 2x21, 42 EUR. Zero customer service, was told it's my fault, and they would not amend ticket, although I'm not travelling until June 2nd, 10 days ahead. Absolute shambles. So now they want 54 EUR for 2 single journeys instead of 42. App is subterrestrial, don't be bothered downloading it.

This is a rubbish app. It crashes all the time. Nothing works, I have tried reinstalling it, rebooting my phone, it doesn't even work when you use a VPN, and it absolutely will not work if you're outside of Ireland trying to book a bus for when you arrive into the airport. Total rubbish which is a bit of a surprise given the very good service and lovely drivers/staff on the buses.

Really bad, I tried to get a bus for the following day and it just wouldn't work. Annoyed me a lot, since you can't book it online any more (on phone at least), I had to get a ticket when I went on the bus, which doesn't guaranty you a seat and in my experience can annoy bus drivers. If you're going to make people book in advance for the love of God at least make it possible.
