★★★★★ Just bought from best buy, Everything works good, I'll update see how it goes :)

★★☆☆☆ When I ask Alexa to make a call, it says to use the Alexa app and won't make the call

★★☆☆☆ Overly complicated, incomplete app that only wants to tell me all the things Alexa can do with the accompanying device, but none of it actually happens. Pretty worthless, and doesn't make the device functional. Uninstalling the app and returning the device to the store.

★★☆☆☆ Bluetooth works okay but the Alexa connection sucks app goes off each time you make a request from Alexa. I can't play radio stations or anything only ask for navigation. When I asked to make a phone call it says it does not have the ability and I have to down manually on my phone so much for hands-free.
