It is CONSTANTLY disconnecting from my phone. And usually I need it for my BACK. So when it disconnects it's almost impossible to adjust ANYTHING without taking the unit off the pads. Then the unit shuts OFF when you try to reconnect it to the pads (if it is needed on your back). And the pads DO NOT stay stuck. At ALL.🤬 When/IF you can get it on and connected it works GREAT.

Love the device and the app when it works, but it crashes all the time. I have to uninstall - reinstall at least once a week to get it to work again.
