Just hard to use when you are in a place that won't give you access to Wi-Fi. Really doesn't work all that well without the Wi-Fi connection. Other than that I can truly say that they keep their vehicles very clean and maintained. Drivers are courteous and will assist you in and out of the vehicle if you need it. Haven't had any scheduling problems yet. Most of the time when I schedule a ride they are a few minutes early for pickup.

So easy to use, and you get confirmation by text the day before. I used to have to call, and it was such a long, annoying process. This is such a breath of fresh air... Now we'll just see if the rides are reliable 🤞

This app is very limited and cannot perform the basic function of scheduling transportation. I have tried to set up transportation to a PT/OT facility and always get a message that it is not a medical facility, so transportation cannot be provided. I then call the phone number to get assistance, and they're always able to complete the itinerary with no issues. If the app is unable to provide the basic function, why does it exist?

I secured a ride for my husband, and it was confirmed until the day of the appointment there was NOTHING in his history of any rides. Not even cancelled. It was as if it had never happened. I thought since it was confirmed it would be ok. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I thought this was something I could rely on to help me get my husband to his appointments. What a waste of time.
