Once set up it works great! Been using it for several years know with no issues. Got a new MotoG4 and I could not import my files from QB. Emailed support, and they had me up and running again in a couple of hours. Thanks, Chris R.!! I'm an independent contractor that bills by the hour different clients each day and was considering the new QB online and the app that goes with it, but in order to do time tracking from my phone it would cost $40/mth!, it was not worth it for me considering It's About Time app works just as well, and I can get the QB desk top version to last 4–5 years for what I need.

Oh, so close. Frustrating. This will be an ongoing review as I try to get this working. I so badly need a Quickbooks timer (QB 2013) since the one old standby does not work on high resolution monitors (2560 x 1440), nor does there seem to be any update planned. It's About Time PROS --------- 1. Nice clean interface 2. Straightforward to use (mostly) 3. Imports most QB data fine CONS --------- 1. Imports jobs but does not show them in the list of jobs, not so that I can find. 2. Does not seem to import or use items. I can type an item in, but can't select one. 3. Export doesn't give any feed back that it's done. 4. Seems to delete exported time whether I've selected that option.

I need support If I pay for an app I expect to be able to contact someone if I need support. I have tried numerous times by email and phone with no response. Great app except a few things. I should not need to jump through hoops to import/export. Simple drop box sync would be great or use file explore to find a file on a network. I would give it 5 stars with those features or 4 as is with support.
