Just the basics. Stopped using BBC news after they updated the app to the point I couldn't find the content I wanted. Itv keeps it simple, it's the headlines and the news in your local area. Easy to use, doesn't mess about.

I'm seriously considering uninstalling ITV News app because of Roberts Prestons biased articles & the article today about Sue Gray's exit & what Preston said about Keir Starmer has made me nearly certain. Instead of reporting, he's pulling Starmer apart on other things instead of just reporting facts.

There is some good quality reporting with photos backed with a source. One thing that is missing is live updates on a breaking story. This keeps people more engaged, and I think will improve your reporting. ITV cover all major news stories including the living crisis in the UK, the War in Ukraine and many others.

Nice app, especially the local news. Only gripe It's notifications don't work. Seems the app only refreshes when I open it rather than in the background. No response from developers and not fixed so uninstalled. BBC works great 👍

This app is dreadful. I find it astonishing that ITV can update their 'This Morning' app with daily info but can barely update their news app with anything. BBC UK has 10 m+ downloads. ITV has nowhere near that. As the competitor to BBC, especially for local news provision, ITV are well behind. What a shame. People are crying out for an alternative to the BBC, and ITV should be lapping this up but consistently fail.
