Excellent so far have had it for a week. Heart rate and steps spot on. Blood pressure is lower than it should be but like they say it is not a medical device so fine. It changes during more strenuous activity so fine. Sleep time is spot on. Thanks all around. I hope the update is good. Would love to have Skype and Facebook messenger notifications on it though. One star off because I'd really like to continuously track my heart rate data on the app and backup all data (preferably to my Gmail) with my X9 Pro. A real-time display of my heart rate under the time would be great. I figured out how to update the firmware on my watch by going into the "about" section in the app. The process was glitchy, but it worked and my heart rate was more accurate afterward. It is still usually 5 beats off and should be recalibrated. I would also love to receive Google Hangouts and Gmail alerts. There is room to improve the app, but overall I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you!

There's a lot to improve on this app. After only 5 readings, no other values are shown. Only heart rate is shown in the app, blood pressure and o2 level are not synchronized. And please put all the menu in English.

The app and smart watch won't count steps, sleep, or distance even though it says it does all 3. I tried reinstalling the app, a different phone, and everything the company said to do with no luck. Hopefully they will return my money so I can buy a working device. App constantly requires restarting and rebooting to connect to the watch, app force closes and crashes, not a very good product.
