My bracelet will not connect to my Samsung Galaxy S10. I installed the app and unistalled still with no luck. I even scanned the code on the box and I still couldn't get the bracelet to connect. I emailed about 3 days ago and still no response.

when sync to strava, time and distance not tely. more then 30 times sync to strava and keep trying 😟 but sometimes Field. apps always crash when trying to see run history. please fix it. how i want to recommend to my friends to buy this smart watch if too many problem. I'm using Oppo F11 Pro. Fix it please.

Firmware doesnt update. Watch works but app. Doesn't synch automatically, sleep tracking doesn't work. Fatigue isn't automated and it doesn't synch synch or refresh correctly. You can tell English is not the primary language and they didn't outsource an English speaker to assist. This app is NOT ready for prime time. I guess you get what you pay for.
