This is the worst app I have ever used, I tried sending money to a friend urgently, it's been 3 days now and still showing as pending, tried to call customer service, but the number is switched off, there's no means of getting through to them.

Good rates, bad customer service, they don't know what's going on. Took 3 days to send my money. App is not very user-friendly also. It should have options to cancel if it's taking longer than usual as any other app does. Cm service keeps telling you 5 10 mins which far away from truth. Need a lot of work on app as well as customer services, I understand things can go wrong sometimes but at least tell the truth to customer and don't keep lying with 5–10 mins.
