This app isn't working at all. Can't see the status of my delivery. Had uninstalled and use Web base tracking instead.

Have to sign up a few time and yet, tried a few times to sign up, but it always reroutes back with 'invalid pw'. The delivery notice was 17/4/2025 9-10AM. Now is 2pm, and no delivery, no news, nothing. ???

Horrible! They tried to charge me over ten times the actual weight of my parcel. When I asked them for a proof they sent me a very, very dark photo that meant nothing; can't see the scale, can barely see the box and label. I weighted the unopened parcel myself and found that they were charging me over ten times my parcel weight. Dishonest delivery staff and customer service is almost non-existent.
