It's a little slow sometimes, but it works. It was helpful when it told me my engine malfunctioned. Turns out it was my timing system. (Thank goodness for warranties) Got that replaced immediately. Would not have known there was an issue had it not alerted me because the issue was not so noticeable by ear or performance if you don't know vehicles. Also, remote unlock came in handy when I was in a different state and needed to unlock it for the transporters that shipped it to me!

The app stopped working after the last update. It says my car in sleep mode even when I'm driving. I've logged out and back in, uninstalled the app & reinstalled and also tried to reset communication by doing a Telematics reset by holding the Jaguar assistance button. I'm frustrated because I can't remotely start my vehicle. It makes no sense that a luxury vehicle brand cannot get remote start working correctly.

Stopped working since update, It took forever to get my In Control and Remote Apps working, in fact it was only fixed at YOUR end at the end of January. Now here we are, end of March, and it's stopped again. I just keep getting an Error message at the validation stage. It worked for 8 weeks using fingerprint recognition. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. I would NOT recommend JLR or remote based on my experiences so far. You need to up your game. My first Jaguar, I shall probably go back BMW!!!
