Remote options on the 2020 model, that are included work as expected, unplugged or charging. Fine, details missing, steering wheel, front window, side mirrors & rear window, on an HSE it shouldn't be, disappointing from Jaguar as usual.

App has always worked perfectly - Jaguar XE 2020 model year. Moto G30 with Android 12. And for the last two years on XF 2024 model year and Galaxy A16 has also always worked perfectly. I suggest showing actual fire pressures and battery state would be useful improvements.

This app has been working fine for me until recently. Now when I click on the 'Remote' tab, it is just constantly trying to connect to the car. Everything else is working fine, journeys, location etc., just the remote tab won't connect. I can even start the climate and unlock from the home screen, just not the remote screen. The app is up-to-date, the car has a healthy battery and I've done every reset procedure there is. Must be jaguar server issue, or latest android is glitching with the ap

Apps doesn't work properly after the update. Though the app is able to extract some of the vehicle info, it kept showing the car is in sleep mode even when the car is driven on the road.

Just downloaded signed up authenticated from the link in the email they sent filled in the few market details as requested. Sign in to the app with all correct details but then get a message that account information not available sign in to in control portal before trying again. But no details of what or where in control portal is so app is completely useless. I can't believe how large companies just seem to never get their apps right it's so simple I build apps most days without fail
