Works perfectly on my Jag fpace, well it did until the new update very slow now.

It's a little slow sometimes, but it works. It was helpful when it told me my engine malfunctioned. Turns out it was my timing system. (Thank goodness for warranties) Got that replaced immediately. Would not have known there was an issue had it not alerted me because the issue was not so noticeable by ear or performance if you don't know vehicles. Also, remote unlock came in handy when I was in a different state and needed to unlock it for the transporters that shipped it to me!

Well done team. You've fixed the remote part for Android with the latest update (29/06/2026) but still showing low fuel when it isn't. Better now the number input is back to black thanks

Since the June 2026 update the "Remote" page no longer loads, although the corresponding shortcut icons at the top of the home screen still work. Also, the useful "Locked now" message is missing from the home screen. App has previously always worked perfectly. For the last two years on XF 2024 model year and Galaxy A16. I suggest showing actual tire pressures and battery state would be useful improvements.

The app stopped working after the last update. It says my car in sleep mode even when I'm driving. I've logged out and back in, uninstalled the app & reinstalled and also tried to reset communication by doing a Telematics reset by holding the Jaguar assistance button. I'm frustrated because I can't remotely start my vehicle. It makes no sense that a luxury vehicle brand cannot get remote start working correctly.

Like many, paid subscription but app doesn't update, fails, won't work or no longer supporting vehicle like my 2017 F-Type. Possibly may violate the Consumer Protections Act, but I'm no lawyer. Combined with the dealers lying about broken brakes when it was just a fuse make me never want to buy JLR again, ever.
