Great waking app but could be better. I've recently started Japanese Walking and this was the only app that easily allowed me to easily setup 3 minute notifications to swap from slow to fast walking. It would be nice if the notification sound could be changed for the app specifically as it's hard to hear whilst the phone is in my back pocket or jacket pocket, even when my phone notification is 100%. I've not tried with a Bluetooth headset, but presumably this would resolve the issue.

The app is absolutely amazing! I haven’t faced any issues so far, and the founder is also very responsive and directly responds to feedback, which is really appreciated. I just have one small suggestion: it would be great if the app could announce “Slow Walk” when the slow-walking interval starts and “Fast Walk” when the fast-walking interval starts. Other than that, the app is really great! Highly recommended.

Good app. But a bit confusing. 1st cycle of 3 mins is shown as 0/10. Should show as 1/10 out of the 10x 3-min cycle. Go from 1/10 to 10/10. Not 0/10 to 9/10. This way it is easier to remember odd cycles slow & even cycles fast. Slow > Fast > Slow > Fast. 🙂

U force ppl to pay a subscription after one week. For a sub poor walking app. This app dost include a propper alam when ur walking a playing music it just acts like a notification so when u get another notification u have to pull ur phone out. Nothing tells u if ur walking fast or slow so u don't have to pull ur phone out and the timers don't show up when ur phone is locked so u have to unlock and enter the app while walking. All very inconvenient. it's a basic spilled timer that u want me to pay.

Good app but not free anymore. Ads should have been enough for limited free. Time to uninstall...

Basically it's just an interval timer. The 3-minute interval doesn't make any sound. The only cue you finished the 3-minute interval is just a phone vibration. It's not useful because nobody wants to be holding their phone while exercising just to feel its vibration. Could improve by providing audio alert when fast walking or slow walking is to begin and when the timer is over. I will now uninstall it.
