I have been trying to contact the company. They asked me to do it via the app. Where exactly in the app? Don't waste money and time like me. Not worth "all the steps" I need to follow to cancel my subscription.

Terrible app The GPS didn't work half the time. It would disconnect during the walk and my time would the not adjust. Finger sliding left or right would make me restart my walking segment from scratch. No menu on the app to adjust or cancel subscription. Honestly... If you have any connected watch use that instead. Or just a watch with time and get an online walk program to follow each day... Food recipes are nice, yet nothing globally adds enough value for it being worth what I paid for it
