Jarvis AI Assistant

Jarvis AI Assistant is the mobile companion to J.A.R.V.I.S. for Windows. It connects your Android device directly to the Jarvis instance running on your own PC, allowing you to access your assistant from another room or remotely through your private Tailscale network.

IMPORTANT: DESKTOP APP REQUIRED

This mobile app does not work independently. Before installing, you need:

• J.A.R.V.I.S. installed and running on a Windows PC
• A Jarvis account
• Your phone and PC connected through the same local network or Tailscale
• Your Windows PC powered on and reachable

Without a connection to the Windows application, you can sign in, but the assistant’s main features will not be available.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Chat with your assistant and receive responses as they are generated
• Use voice input instead of typing
• Enable hands-free “Hey Jarvis” activation when supported and configured
• View and manage your tasks
• Monitor jobs and run workflows
• Receive notifications and updates from your desktop
• Select from the AI models and providers configured on your PC
• Check your desktop’s connection, tools and available models

HOW CONNECTION WORKS

The Windows application remains the main Jarvis system and source of truth. The mobile app connects to it through your local network or a private Tailscale connection.

Your Windows PC must remain powered on, J.A.R.V.I.S. must be running, and the phone must be able to reach the desktop.

PRIVACY AND DATA

• Assistant requests are sent to your connected Jarvis desktop
• Sign-in is securely processed through the Jarvis account service
• If you configure a cloud AI provider, your requests may be processed by that provider according to its privacy policy
• Microphone access is used when you start voice input or enable hands-free listening
• Location access is optional and supports location-aware assistant features
• You can keep location access disabled

• A Jarvis account
• A local network or Tailscale connection between your devices
• A compatible Android device

Jarvis is a single-user, local-first assistant. Your desktop remains in control, while the mobile app gives you convenient access from your Android device.
