I just love this app and wish I have found it earlier than now. I have been using the Google remote desktop app which was just way too clunky, but I still persisted in using it anyway, thinking there was nothing better, not until I found this app. It just works!!! I love the auto-display adjustment feature.

The software just doesn't work. Upgraded to Windows app from Rd client, and it's never worked. However Rd client works, so I just use that, it's nothing to do with my computer is to do with their silly app, shame on windows, I can't give a zero star

Email address for logins don't match up. My app on my phone is working but not my Microsoft account on my Laptop. Can't access settings to change well I cant sign in

While on Dex on a Samsung phone with a Bluetooth keyboard, pressing Esc on the keyboard takes you out of the app. Moving the mouse to the top of the screen shows a bar that covers the whole top, making it difficult to click on the remote terminal. It is very hard to work with the remote terminal this way.

Windows sleep mode has issues now. I set to sleep every 1 or more hour. But it will start up in few seconds. Another 1 hour it goes to sleep. Then again wake up again. Repeat and repeat. Been few days I felt like I heard something while I was sleeping. Plus the wear.
