Useless app. Jaycee wish town service and staff are extremely pathetic and incompetent. Complaints uploaded on the app remain ignored. Anyone thinking of shifting to Jaycee, please don't.

Need some improvements like visitor pass functionality at ground level and IVR functionality is not working, my suggestion is leave this software use My Gate app which is better than this and most of the society using this
