★★☆☆☆ It looks like a no working, no updates, no features application and is not suitable for the electricity bill payment. It sucks for a long time. Avoid it.

★★☆☆☆ I don't understand why someone has approved this app without testing. They have not migrated customer's data properly. Even Ranchi's one of largest sub divisions (Ratu Road) customer data is not available in its database. The worst thing is the online Payment option in website is also not working through which I used to pay bills since more than a year. It seems JBVNL was in so hurry to provide contract to these guys.
