Like the app, some minor tweaks needed to sync settings. Takes up to 60 seconds to update status. Imperial measurements default to km, which is annoying for UK residents.

Had few issues but got resolved and was contacted to help clarify certain limitations linked to the type of powertrain of my car. Customer care representative was very attempting and eager to help.

Difficult to set up (only via dealership), and minimum functionality. You can't even check if the car is locked or not, or even close windows. No trip / consumption statistics. Location of the vehicle only updates after several hours!

I have downloaded the app and cannot connect to my car as the jeep avenger isn't even listed can there be a solution to this problem. ?.

Without connect this app is pointless. The connect services are not worth subscribing to as there is hardly any functionality. Don't bother installing.
★☆☆☆☆Ted Kruijff· Jan 23, 2025
No features without a ridiculous subscription. Only "safety" but nothing useful. Just another cash grab. How much would it cost to simply display the battery percentage without a subscription? I bet the car is still sending "diagnostic" info for Stellantis.
