Great app. Taxis turn up on time. And I had a taxi booked a week prior. So Really happy with efficiency of this app and the level of service of the taxi company. I have omitted 1 star because you are unable to add a photo. I think it's important for the driver to know who they are picking up. Apart from that, no other problems with the app itself.

Security risk! Why is the app copy and pasting my clipboard? Deleted this app straight away when it did that. Copying my clipboard in the hope of getting some personal details that can be sold on, is my guess....

Had a pre-booking confirmed but no taxi arrived. Phoned and there was no answer. Eventually found out by checking their Facebook page that they are closed all day for Eid - no problem with this, but why allow bookings to be confirmed, with no indication on the booking app or website? Ended up missing my train due to this.

Very displeased with their level of service. I pre-booked a taxi for the next day, and it was accepted. They then cancelled it from their end in the middle of the night with no notification or message and I only found out when no taxi showed up the next day. Tried calling them many times, but no one answered. Very unprofessional and unreliable, don't recommend relying on them for anything important.
