I used this solution on my first car and was truly impressed by its performance. So, when I purchased my second car, I wasted no time in installing it right away. The combination of the solution and the application works seamlessly together. However, there are a few additional features I would love to see included, such as tracking details like air conditioning performance, the ability to stop the engine remotely, automatic mileage calculations, and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) data.

I am expecting a feature in the Jio Things app. The Jio Things app should have an option to ring the phone (In addition to notification alerts option) when the Jio tag goes far or disconnected. Helps to reduce train luggage theft while sleeping.

I purchased Jio Motive Tracker yesterday, it is 20 hours, but still my eSim is not yet activated. Customer care calls go unanswered. Email support is also not responding quickly. Millions of people have trust on Jio. So Jio have to increase quick customer support. Hope my device will work fine.

The Jottings app is extremely frustrating to use. I am unable to connect my Jio Phone companion app with the Jottings app on my smartphone. No matter what I try, the devices simply won’t connect. The worst part is the customer support. When I contact Jottings support, they tell me to reach out to Jio Phone support. Then Jio Phone support sends me back to Jottings. This endless back-and-forth with no resolution is very unprofessional.
