I Basit sincerely request Jammy & Kashmir Bank to please remove or reduce the frequent RSA lock/security restrictions in the Jumpy app. Users r repeatedly facing problems and getting locked out even when they have their MPIN and password. If MPIN and password are already required for security, why is an additional RSA lock needed so frequently? Plz make the login process more user-friendly and stop unnecessarily troubling customers with repeated RSA locks. Kindly look into this issue nd provid

Hello, I am trying to recharge my Jio prepaid number through the J&K Bank app. Whenever I select a Jio recharge plan below ₹300, the app shows the message “Invalid MRP selected” or “For Jio customers only.” However, plans above ₹300 are working. Please check this issue and update the available Jio prepaid recharge plans in the app. I would appreciate your help in resolving this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
