The problem in this app is that it doesn't work in the morning, and it says password invalid, then you have to give the ATM card details, then you have to create the password again, it's the same one, then it works.

Your app UI and interface is old kindly update with new and gives more features like the Re-KYC process, Account unblock or unfreeze by mobile banking and Debit card control interface is old. 😡😡😡😡

Sim change de registration chaos. I have sim 1 as my registered sim for the bank. Sim 2 has nothing to do with it. Sometimes when I disable sim 2 in the settings, why does mpay have to deregister. It may have been okay if sim 1 was changed. In which age is JK bank living? Why are you making lives of people a hell?

I Basit sincerely request Jammy & Kashmir Bank to please remove or reduce the frequent RSA lock/security restrictions in the Jumpy app. Users r repeatedly facing problems and getting locked out even when they have their MPIN and password. If MPIN and password are already required for security, why is an additional RSA lock needed so frequently? Plz make the login process more user-friendly and stop unnecessarily troubling customers with repeated RSA locks. Kindly look into this issue nd provid
