Jobcenter-App ist die neue App für Bürgerinnen und Bürger und Kundinnen und Kunden der Jobcenter, die mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit zusammen arbeiten (gemeinsame Einrichtungen).
Mit der Jobcenter-App ist alles rund um das Jobcenter übersichtlich und an einem Ort: Regionale Informationen zum Jobcenter, Anträge, Nachrichten und Termine.
WER KANN DIE APP NUTZEN Alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger können auf regionale Informationen der Jobcenter zugreifen. Dies erfolgt über die Eingabe einer Postleitzahl. Sie finden dort regionale Anträge, Veranstaltungshinweise oder Informationen zu Öffnungszeiten sowie Kontaktmöglichkeiten.
Die Jobcenter-App erleichtert Kundinnen und Kunden die Kommunikation mit Ihrem Jobcenter. Greifen Sie mit dem Smartphone komfortabel auf Ihr Benutzerkonto (Profil) bei jobcenter.digital zu. Voraussetzungen für den angemeldeten Bereich in der App: • Sie haben einen Antrag auf Grundsicherung gestellt oder möchten einen stellen • Sie haben eine persönliche Ansprechperson im Jobcenter • Sie haben Zugangsdaten (E-Mailadresse und Passwort) für jobcenter.digital (Nutzung mit Ihrem BundID-Konto leider nicht möglich)

Very Bad experience. The application is inaccessible to those who are not German speakers. Imagine being an international student or an immigrant and trying to find a job through an app but the application interface makes you feel they don't want you.

I would give minus stars if it was possible even for German speakers it's not an enjoyable application. 100x check in and getting nowhere and the next time I'll apply for only writing or E mail contact with the Job center. I advise staying away from the offer in the job-office of installed this app.It not serves u Because there only communicate through the app ! And no by postal or Email and you might miss of very useful information like invitations/job offers from the Work-Office (Job center)

Never ever I've seen such a disgusting app. It never keeps you logged in = you have to manually type your login information every time you open this nonsense. Additionally, it wants you to create either passkey or 2-step verification and doesn't allow to skip this stage. The contact to your Berater even worse than ever. Useless app, just a waste of your device memory.

Terrible app which keeps crashing, and now it doesn't even load, all it says is "an error occurred. Absolutely terrible and useless app, better use the website cause even if this app works all is does is redirect to the website 🫡
