Mit der Jobcenter-App ist alles rund um das Jobcenter übersichtlich und an einem Ort: Regionale Informationen zum Jobcenter, Anträge, Nachrichten und Termine.
WER KANN DIE APP NUTZEN Alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger können auf regionale Informationen der Jobcenter zugreifen. Dies erfolgt über die Eingabe einer Postleitzahl. Sie finden dort regionale Anträge, Veranstaltungshinweise oder Informationen zu Öffnungszeiten sowie Kontaktmöglichkeiten.
Die Jobcenter-App erleichtert Kundinnen und Kunden die Kommunikation mit Ihrem Jobcenter. Greifen Sie mit dem Smartphone komfortabel auf Ihr Benutzerkonto (Profil) bei jobcenter.digital zu. Voraussetzungen für den angemeldeten Bereich in der App: • Sie haben einen Antrag auf Bürgergeld gestellt oder möchten einen stellen • Sie haben eine persönliche Ansprechperson im Jobcenter • Sie haben Zugangsdaten (E-Mailadresse und Passwort) für jobcenter.digital (Nutzung mit Ihrem BundID-Konto leider nicht möglich)

Very Bad experience. The application is inaccessible to those who are not German speakers. Imagine being an international student or an immigrant and trying to find a job through an app but the application interface makes you feel they don't want you.

This app is unbelievably the most ridiculous app ever in Germany, totally useless! The developer should do better than that!
