I discovered that this app is not only an app, it's a personal guiding towards a healthier life! I liked the combination of theory (to learn more about my acute disease and how to handle every day life to the better), practis (two different movements per day, good instruction films with tips how to do right and adjustment over time as I got better and the movements got more advanced), as well as the personal contact with a physiotherapist as well as the weekly follow-up. For me, it worked wonders! I have already told many of my friends and colleagues about it. Its just that I can use the app wherever I am, no need to go some special place or fancy work-out dressing. Just plain work with the body right where I am. I realy am so happy about havin a good working body again thanks to the Joint Academy!

Total waste of time and money. I have had pain in my Achilles tendon since ACL-injury. But the guy said they couldn't help me because I have to either seek for my heel or for my knee. My injury didn't fit into their imaginary boxes. Back to "alternative" medicine.

Found it lingering as (could not install) assuming they pay criminals to hack phones and install to create an user base as I have not installed this. Stay away from this, it's shady.
