Hard work but exercises make sense to strengthen knees and "lessons" about osteoarthritis are helpful in understanding the mechanics.

This seems to be a way of the NHS claiming to be treating you with little diagnosis and generic exercises. They initially made my back worse as a result of their instructions to activate my core. The exercises are aimed at people with no underlying fitness (which was not relevant to me) yet seem to come up at random with some incredibly easy and others likely to be very difficult for their target market. I have little confidence in this treatment without a proper diagnosis.

Can't even open an acct as password field doesn't work - would love to use this app?? I'm UK based - pls fix password field, so other countries can use this program. Otherwise, why advertise yourself on BBC?
