Great service, good food! June 27. For weeks, I've been unable to open the app. I've tried multiple times to reset my password and get a message it was successful, but the app keeps telling me my un pw is not valid. I have thousands of points accumulated, but will not be back until I can access my points. Very unhappy!

App now only lets you redeem your rewards the next day. No matter what day you are there. Is it geo-blocked once you enter the pub? Is it actually a brilliant app version of the "Free beer tomorrow" sign? Who knows? The staff doesn't, that's for sure.

Attempting to place an order online through the app redirects to JRG's browser based order form, which doesn't actually work for most locations.

I had an account. I got logged out, and I can't get back in. I've tried to forget password, and it says check internet connection. I've tried to make a new account, and it repeatedly says check your phone number. I've got money in the account and apps. This is very disappointing and frustrating!
