Edit, later the same day: Thank you for fixing the app. Everything is working well now. I appreciate the quick response. The app & the device have helped immensely. The latest update doesn't work. I keep getting a screen message that says retry and/ restart device. Restarting my phone does not fix the issue. Please fix this issue. The app was working fine yesterday before the latest update.

I Louise my device. The app regularly unpairs - while on Wi-Fi - mid-session- and is only good for tracking sessions and symptoms. I actually set my own timer and manually log the session since the timer unpairs and is so unreliable.

I just purchase a new vfit a couple of months ago. I purchased my first one in 2017, and it lasted until 2024. I found the older device more user-friendly and without all the continuous updates. I use my device several times a week and there is always an update. Secondly, the newer device doesn't hold a charge as long. Also, the new app doesn't tell you how much battery life the device has left after each use, where the older model did. I feel the quality of the new device is not there.

While the app has a setting to turn notifications on, you never actually get any notifications or reminders. I even checked permissions and the app is not even listed. It prompts you to do self-check in after every session which has irrelevant, repetitive questions. Im using the app because I THINK it will adjust device settings automatically when I complete beginner level. Android user, latest version of the app.
