App notifications didn't work for the first few years I had the app on android. I have a samsung note 9, which is not that old of a phone. They started working a few weeks ago. Greg who works as an admin has been a huge help recently to anything I needed assistance with. The only downside as of now is a family can cancel on you with 13 or more hours in advance of the sit and not be penalized or owe you a late cancellation fee. Sitters and parents can see reviews of each other which is nice.

App has improved overtime. It does take some getting use to. It was especially rough during COVID-19 as a lot of sitters would cancel last minute without notice. Since this was an issue everywhere at that time, I couldn't blame juggle for that. Once accountability was put it place, this improved significantly. Thankful for juggle as we have a crazy schedule, and it has been a lifesaver overall. Also, customer support, Gary, has been very helpful and empathetic. I would definitely recommend.

I have used this app for just a few hours. It moves in slow motion, won't allow me to type or send a message, and will no longer let me log in. I truly hope it gets better.

Can't navigate anything within the app. No access the menu button to check on status of bookings or applications. Super frustrating as this is a great service. Not android friendly whatsoever. Please fix.

The app was difficult to use, you couldn't talk to the sitter unless they booked or paid for the subscription. I ended up moving the date of the booking to try again. After finally booking one, I messaged them, and they never replied, then canceled the booking shortly before the date. I was not going to purchase a subscription before figuring out if this app worked. After multiple attempts to find someone on Juggle for the first time, I found someone outside of Juggle and uninstalled the app.
