It's been really helpful with accessing help outside of clinic hours. Can see vaccines, medications, and treatment summaries all from the app. Can book and reschedule my appointments too. It's been really handy.

So far no bugs. Very clean UI and the chat function is so useful (free for members to ask any questions). The person I chatted to was compassionate and managed to offer good solution to my cat's need. Very impressive to have a vet that invests in their app. You can see all the history and prescriptions and invoices. Wished the same could be said for family doctors in assessing our own medical records.

Having issues logging in. Can't pass the login screen with code. Uninstalled 3x and same issue.

The login process is so tedious. You can only log in with your phone number to receive a code by secure text. There's no option to copy and paste the code either. The worst part is it logs you out when the app shuts down and start this whole process again because there is no quicker way to login.
