Great app! Wanted to do late check out, and they have an option right in the app, so it makes it super simple.

The app tells you to log in with your phone number, and add your reservation, but it never loads. Then you close the app to try again, and it won't recognize that you already signed up. Then it gives error codes when you try again. Also, the "hands off" hotel system is trash. The door code they send doesn't work which is awesome when you land in a city 3000 miles away from home, it's 1am and 35 degrees outside and none of their customer service people answer the phone!

Horrible unprofessional service. My condo was nasty and filthy. The condo hadn't been clean in days. The app is useless and the service. After making my complaints throughout my stay, the did nothing. I was also denied my refund.
